I am happy to be wearing this pocket pendant in the cotton sleeve on my leg every day. The pendant was nice, but sometimes I wanted to wear jewelry around my neck that didn't match the pendant. So I either put the pendant in my pocket or didn't wear it. Now I feel certain that I am at my best whenever I leave my house and go into places where EMF is strong. It is definitely worth the money to have this pocket pendant on my body keeping my immune system at its best. I have been able to walk the dog every day even in the worst weather conditions and sleep well at night since buying the pendant. Excellent- so glad I have this.
A few weeks after getting the Essential Energy (neck) Pendant I was so pleased that I also bought this Pocket Pendant, especially for when I have to spend long hours working online. It definitely helps with focus, coherence and calmness. As it helps the body/ mind heal, you might find you need slightly more sleep to assist the healing for a couple of months or so. I am very glad to have this!

I bought this because of many recommendations from people I trust within Weston A Price community. Knowing EMF is always going to be a battle and feeling the effects personally. I can say I already see differences with not only myself but other family members seeing decreased anxiety and pain relief. I am already wanting bigger plates for my home.
